Return Policy

You can reach out to tradingco.bliss@gmail.com and our Customer Experience Team will revert back to you promptly.
Any concerns regarding your order should be shared with us within 15 days of delivery. Beyond this period, we will be unable to process claims or replacements.
Cancellations:
Refunds are not provided after order cancellation, instead a customised coupon code is provided to be used on the website.
Replacements:
A request for replacement must be initiated within a maximum of 5 days from the day of delivery.
Please attach a picture of the delivered order along with the invoice and send a mail to tradingco.bliss@gmail.com Our Audit team will review and send you a replacement, if applicable, in the following conditions:
- Damaged/Incorrect Product Received
- Item missing from order

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of Herbs we do not accept returns on any products, instead we can replace the same if applicable.
